平均而言,前脂肪细胞的倍增时间在48-54小时之间,这取决于培养条件和生长补剂。然而,同样重要的是要记住,前脂肪细胞的复制速率在处理后变化很大。

内脏脂肪组织分离的间充质干细胞增殖能力强,可扩增至7-8代;之后,细胞开始经历形态和染色体的变化。我们一般在P2装运细胞,但是,我们也可以根据客户的选择在早期装运细胞。
