Human Adipose Tissue Derived Stem Cells

Human adipose tissue-derived stem cells are a multipotent population of cells, easily extracted from adipose tissue obtained during liposuction. They are a group of heterogeneous stromal cells with a differentiation capacity into a variety of cell types, with the added advantage of a high proliferation rate. Studies have confirmed that the group of stromal cells can differentiate into mature adipocytes, chondrocytes, myocytes, neurons, hepatocytes, and different other cells in the vasculature system.

These cells are offered for various in vitro assays, toxicological analysis, and cosmetic applications with the right quality control tests, performed in-house. These cells are tested for morphological analysis, viability, proliferation potential, adherence rate, and flow analysis for a comprehensive panel of markers. These cells are also assessed for their differentiation capacity. In addition, all cell sources are tested for the absence of infectious panel markers like HIV-1, HIV-2, HBV, HCV, and HTLV-1/2, along with other microbial contamination.
